The first look of Ganapathi and Sagar Surya's Prakambanam unveiled

Ganapathi and Sagar Surya's Prakambanam is directed by Vijesh Panathur, who made his debut co-directing the Dhyan Sreenivasan-starrer Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna

The first look of Ganapathi and Pani-fame Sagar Surya's horror comedy Prakambanam was unveiled on Friday. The motion poster features Ganapathi, Sagar, and Ameen gazing upwards in different directions, their expressions conveying a sense of wonder. The film is directed by Vijesh Panathur, who made his debut co-directing Dhyan Sreenivasan and Aju Varghese's Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna.

Scripted by Sreehari Vadakkan from a story by Vijesh, Prakambanam also stars Mallika Sukumaran, Azees Nedumangad, P P Kunhikrishnan, Aneesh Gopal, and Sanesh Guinness in prominent roles. The film’s cinematography is by Alby, editing by Sooraj E S, music by Bipin Ashok, and background score by Sankar Sharma. It is produced by Sreejit KS, Kaarthikeyan S, and Sudhish N under the banner of Navarasa Films, in collaboration with Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj’s Stone Bench Studio. Vivek Viswam, Monsy, Dhilor, Rijosh, and Blessy serve as co-producers.

Ganapathi was last seen in Khalid Rahman’s sports comedy Alappuzha Gymkhana, headlined by Naslen.

Sagar’s upcoming projects include Tom Emmatty’s Perunnal, starring Vinayakan and Shine Tom Chacko, Dheeram led by Indrajith Sukumaran, and Sajil Mampad’s Derby.
