Madan Gowri's character from Johnpaul George's Aashaan revealed

Madan Gowri, who is a part of Johnpaul George's Aashaan, made his film debut in Nanban Oruvan Vantha Piragu

The makers of Johnpaul George's upcoming film Aashaan have revealed the character of Madan Gowri. The YouTuber turned actor is making his Malayalam debut with this film.

Madan will be playing Editor Anand in Aashaan. One poster showed him using a film frame gesture. Another poster showed him with actor Joemon Jyothir, who will be playing Anandan in the film. Johnpaul George is producing the film along with Annam Johnpaul, and Suraj Philip Jacob. Guppy Cinemas is backing the film.

The cast of the film, thusfar announced, includes Indrans, Shobi Thilakan, Abin Bino, Kanakam, and Bibin Perumpally.

Johnpaul George is also composing music for Aashaan, for which lyrics will be written by Vinayak Sasikumar. Ajeesh Anto is composing the background score. The crew of the film includes Vimal Jose Thachil as the director of photography, Kiran Das as the editor, and Vivek Kalathil as the production designer.

Madan has a long career in YouTube, where he comments on current affairs under his namesake channel. His first film appearance was in Ananth Ram's Nanban Oruvan Vantha Piragu. The film starred, Ananth Ram, Bhavani Sre, and Elango Kumaravel among others.
