Almost two years after its announcement, the makers of Ithiri Neram have finally shared a poster giving a first official look at its lead characters, played by Roshan Mathew and Zarin Shihab. In the caption, they wrote, "Really excited to share this! Something made with a lot of passion, sweat and tears. It's a love story that connects with all of us." The film is directed by Prasanth Vijay, whose credits include Athisayangalude Venal and Daayam. The poster features Zarin and Roshan's characters taking a walk along the side of the road. Written by Vishak Shakti, the film has a tagline that reads, "First love gets a second chance."

Roshan shared the first look poster on his Instagram Stories and said that Ithiri Neram is a "small film" made with a "big heart". It also stars Anand Manmadhan and Nandu. On the technical front, the film has cinematography by Rakesh Dharan, editing by Francies Louis, and music and lyrics by Basil CJ. Jeo Baby is presenting the film, which is produced by Jomon Jacob, Dijo Augustine, Einstin Zac Paul, Vishnu Rajan, and Sajin R Raj. The production banners associated with the film include Mankind Cinemas, Einstin Media, and Symmetry Cinemas.

Without disclosing the release date, the makers said that Ithiri Neram is set to hit theatres soon.
