The makers of the Prithviraj Sukumaran-starrer Vilaayath Budha have released the trailer for the film. Directed by Jayan Nambiar, Vilaayath Budha is set to release on November 21.

Jayan Nambiar, a former associate of director Sachy, has adapted GR Indugopan’s acclaimed novel of the same name. Rajesh Pinnadan has also served as a writer for the film. Sandip Senan and AV Anoop are producing it. Urvashi Theatres is the banner backing the film.

The cast of the film also includes Shammy Thilakan, Anu Mohan, Dhruvan, Kiran Peethambaran, Adat Gopalan, Pramod Veliyanadu, Vinod Thomas, Teejay Arunachalam, Aravind, Santhosh Damodharan, Manikandan, TSK, Priyamvada Krishnan, and Rajasree Nair.

The story of the film follows the conflict between Double Mohanan (Prithviraj Sukumaran), a sandalwood smuggler, and his former mentor, Bhaskaran Master (Shammy Thilakan).
