Mohanlal's Vrusshabha first look out

Sharing the poster, the veteran actor wrote that the film is “special” and described it as “a tale that will ignite your soul and echo through time”

On Wednesday, the occasion of his birthday, veteran actor Mohanlal unveiled the first look of his upcoming pan-India film Vrusshabha via his social media handles. The motion poster features him in majestic armour, hands folded in reverence, with the tagline: “Reborn love: A love so strong, it defies death.” Sharing the poster, Mohanlal wrote that the film is “special” and described it as “a tale that will ignite your soul and echo through time.”

Billed as an action-packed entertainer centred around a father-son drama, Vrusshabha is written and directed by Kannada filmmaker Nanda Kishore. The cast also includes Roshan Meka, Shanaya Kapoor, Zara Khan, Srikanth Meka and Ragini Dwivedi. On the technical front, the film has cinematography by Antony Samson, editing by K M Prakash, and music by Sam C S. It is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, CK Padma Kumar, Varun Mathur, Saurabh Mishra, Abishek S Vyas, Praveer Singh, Vishal Gurnani and Juhi Parekh Mehta.

Vrusshabha is slated for release on October 16 in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
