On Wednesday, the makers of Mohanlal and Sathyan Anthikad's Hridayapoorvam unveiled its first-look poster on the occasion of the former's birthday. It features the veteran actor walking alongside the film's female lead Malavika Mohanan and Premalu-fame Sangeeth Prathap against a lush, urban backdrop. Notably, the title font on the poster is rendered in Mohanlal’s own handwriting, as confirmed by Akhil Sathyan, who has penned the story. Sharing the poster on social media, Mohanlal captioned it, “Straight from the heart, with my favourites by my side.”

Billed as a family entertainer primarily set in Pune, Hridayapoorvam has debutant Sonu T P handling the screenplay and dialogues. The cast also includes Chinthavishtayaya Shyamala actor Sangita Madhavan Nair and veteran Siddique in pivotal roles. The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Anu Moothedath, art director Prasanth Madhav, sound designer Anil Radhakrishnan, and composer Justin Prabhakaran, who previously collaborated with Akhil Sathyan on Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum (2023).

Hridayapoorvam, which recently completed shooting, is scheduled for release during the Onam season this year. It is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
