The makers of Koodal, starring Bibin George, have released another image from the film. The photograph shows Bibin's character having a picnic alongside the film's heroines, Mareena Michael Kurisingal, Riya, Niya Varghese, and Anu Sona. As reported earlier, Koodal also stars Vineeth Thattil, Muhammad Rafi, Sam Jeevan, Ali Arangadath, Lali PM, Sneha Vijayan, and Archana Ranjith. Karthik Subbaraj's actor father Gajaraj also plays a key role in the film.

Written and directed by Shanu Kakkoor and Shafi Epikkad, Koodal is billed as Malayalam cinema's first camping-based film. According to a press release, the film, which revolves around youngsters, have plenty of action and five songs, including one by Manikandan Perumpadappu, who crooned the 'Oru Kaattu Moolanu' track from the film Chekkan.

Koodal also has social media sensations such as Vijilesh Karayad (Maheshinte Prathikaaram), Vineeth Thattil, Vijayakrishnan, Kevin, Rafi Chakkappazham, Akhil Shah, Sam Jeevan, Ali Arangadath, Lali Marikar, Sneha Vijayan, Archana Ranjith, and Dasettan Kozhikode.

On the technical front, it has composers Sibu Sukumaran, Nikhil Anilkumar, Albin S Joseph, and Prasad Chembrasseri, as well as cinematographer Shajeer Pappa and editor Jarshaj Kommer.
