Sangeeth Prathap, best known for playing the popular character Amal Davis in Premalu, is set to debut as a lead actor with a new film titled Medical Miracle. The film's announcement poster features Sangeeth in a hospital backdrop, with his enlarged ears raising curiosity. The makers teased it with a caption, "Some people have big ears... He has super ones!!" The first look was also defined as a "glimpse into a world where sound is power and secrets don't stay hidden."

Medical Miracle is directed by Shyamin Gireesh and scripted by Nileen Sandra. The latter has done notable roles in films like 2018: Everyone is a Hero and Officer on Duty. The writer-director duo has also previously collaborated for Samarthya Shastram, a Karikku-backed mini-series, which came out on YouTube.

Medical Miracle has music by Mujeeb Majeed of Kishkindha Kaandam and Rekhchithram fame, while cinematography is by Sanu Thahir, who debuted with Romancham. It has editing by Chaman Chakko, whose credits include Kala, 2018: Everyone is a Hero, Sookshmadarshini, and Identity. The upcoming film is produced by Anirudh SB under the banner, Middle Class Members.

Sangeeth Prathap, also a State-award winning editor, was most recently seen in Bromance. He is also part of the ongoing Mohanlal-Sathyan Anthikad film Hridayapoorvam.
