The film will be produced by CH Muhammed under the banner of Royal Cinemas

Director Ajai Vasudev, who made the Mammootty films Rajadhiraja, Masterpiece, and Shylock, has announced teaming up with Marco director Haneef Adeni. Haneef will be scripting Ajai's next directorial to be produced by CH Muhammed under the banner of Royal Cinemas. The banner had earlier produced Ajai's Masterpiece as well.

Meanwhile, the massive success of Marco has made Haneef one of the most sought-after names in Malayalam. It was only recently announced that he would be directing a film for Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Planned as a high-octane action entertainer, the currently untitled film will be made in Hindi and multiple other languages. However, other details regarding its cast and crew members remain unknown.

Ajai, on the other hand, has been away from action as a filmmaker for a while now. His last directorial was the 2023-released Pakalum Paathiravum, starring Kunchacko Boban and Rajisha Vijayan. Lately, he has played minor roles in films like Mandakini, Virunnu, and Murivu.
