The teaser of Tamil actor Kathir's Malayalam debut Meesha offers a glimpse into a world of blood, brotherhood, and betrayal. It introduces Kathir and Hakim Shah's characters as Midhun and Anandhu, two close friends who have been together since school. However, a popular Shakespeare quote in the teaser opening hints that there will be an inevitable crack in their bond.

The quote, 'To mingle friendship far is mingling bloods,' means that excessive intimacy between friends can blur the lines of their distinct identities, suggesting a potential betrayal or a loss of individual integrity. Shine Tom Chacko also seems to be playing a crucial role in the film, set largely in the wild. Sudhi Koppa, Srikanth Murali, and Jeo Baby are also seen in the teaser.

Meesha is directed by Emcy Joseph, who debuted with Vikruthi in 2019. He has also scripted the upcoming film, which has cinematography by Suresh Rajan, editing by Manoj, and music by Sooraj S Kurup. It is produced by Sajeer Gafoor under the banner of Unicorn Movies.
