In a devastating incident on Friday, actor Shine Tom Chacko's father, CP Chacko, was killed in a tragic road accident on the Salem-Bengaluru National Highway. The collision, which occurred while the family was enroute from Thrissur to Bengaluru, also left the actor, his mother, brother, and driver injured.

Reports indicate that their car collided with a lorry, with preliminary findings suggesting that it rammed into the rear of the larger vehicle. CP Chacko reportedly died at the scene. Local residents and law enforcement officials swiftly responded, transporting the injured to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention.

CP Chacko had been actively involved in the recent drug case concerning Shine.
