As Mohanlal was returning from a GST-related event in Thiruvanathapuram yesterday, a reporter's microphone protruded onto him and accidentally hit his eye. As he got into the car, the actor said his trademark line, "Entha mone?" (What is this son?) and quipped to the reporter, "I have taken note of you".

According to a phone conversation now trending on social media, the reporter later called Mohanlal's manager to apologise to the actor. He pacified the reporter by saying that he understands that it was not intentional and telling him to put the incident behind him. Ever since, memes and videos with Mohanlal's line 'Entha mone?' from Jailer have been trending online. Actor Aju Varghese shared one such video. Interestingly, the actor says it in a friendly manner in real life, but Nelson Dilipkumar, the director of the Rajinikanth starrer, used it in a scene where Mohanlal's character physically assaults someone.

The other day, Mohanlal visited Thiruvanathapuram's Tagore Theatre to receive the award for the highest GST-paying actor from Malayalam cinema. At around the same time, news about his daughter Vismaya Mohanlal's acting debut Thudakkam (The Beginning) came out. The actor was swarmed by reporters as he walked out of Tagore Theatre to get to his car, but he was not apparently aware of the news about his daughter.

As reported earlier, Vismaya Mohanlal is making her acting debut in writer-director Jude Anthany Joseph's Thudakkam.
