The makers of Anand Sreebala, starring Arjun Ashokan in the lead, have announced via social media that the film will be available for streaming on ManoramaMAX from January 18. Released theatrically on November 15, 2024, it marked the directorial debut of Vishnu Vinay, son of veteran filmmaker Vinayan.

Scripted by Malikappuram-fame Abhilash Pillai, based on true events, Anand Sreebala also stars Sangeetha, Aparna Das, Saiju Kurup, Siddique, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Sshivada, Asha Sarath, Indrans, Malavika Manoj, Manoj KU, Krishna, Nandu, Azees Nedumangad, Jayakrishnan, Nandan Unni, and Thusara Pillai. The film has Chandrakanth Madhavan as the cinematographer, Kiran Das as the editor and Ranjin Raj as the music director. It is jointly produced by Priya Venu and Neeta Pinto under the banners of Kavya Film Company and Aan Mega Media, respectively.

An excerpt from the CE review of the film reads, "In an era where many films resort to gratuitous gore or triggering imagery for shock value, Anand Sreebala proves that a thriller can be effective without resorting to such gimmicks. While the film is engaging, its reliance on old-school narrative techniques may not appeal to all viewers."
