The makers of Paranu Paranu Paranu Chellan (PPPC) announced that the film, starring Rekha-fame Unni Lalu and Sidharth Bharathan, would be released on January 31. The film is helmed by No Man's Land (2021) director Jishnu Harindra. It is scripted by Vishnu Raj, who earlier penned the 2019 film Ormayil Oru Shishiram.

PPPC also stars Vijayaraghavan, Sajin Cherukayil, Samriddhi Tara, Sreeja Das, Dasan Kongad, Ratheesh Kumar Rajan, Kalabhavan Joshy, Nandini Gopalakrishnan, Radha Gomaty, Arjun Rajlakshmi Unnikrishnan and Abhilash Krishnan Kutty in prominent roles. On the technical front, the film has National Award-winning cinematographer Madhu Ambat, editor C R Sreejith, and music directors Joy Jinith and Raamnaath. It is produced by J M Infotainment PVT LTD.

Unni's upcoming slate also includes Rekhachithram, directed by Jofin T Chacko and starring Asif Ali, scheduled to hit theatres on January 10. He also has Emcy Joseph's Meesha, headlined by Tamil actor Kathir, and debutant Jithu Ashraf's Officer On Duty, starring Kunchacko Boban and Priyamani in the lead, as part of his forthcoming films. Additionally, Unni recently debuted as a costume designer for Jithin Issac Thomas' Pattth, which was selected in the Malayalam Cinema Today section at the 29th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK).

On the other hand, Sidharth's upcoming lineup also includes the Mammootty-starrer Bazooka, slated for February 14, Dileep's Bha Bha Ba and Rahul Riji Nair's Flask, alongside Saiju Kurup and Suresh Krishna.
