The makers of Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal dropped the video of the song titled 'Nira Niraye'. The track, penned by Dhanya Suresh Menon, is composed and sung by Rahul Raj. The film, written and directed by debutant Sharan Venugopal, was released theatrically on February 7 and opened to positive reviews. It features Joju George, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Alencier Ley Lopez in the lead roles.

A family drama exploring dysfunctional relationships, Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal also stars Thomas Mathew, Garggi Ananthan, Shelly N Kumar, Sajitha Madathil, and Sarasa Balussery in prominent roles. On the technical front, the film has Appu Prabhakar as the cinematographer and Jyoti Swaroop Panda as the editor.
