Dileep confirms Mohanlal's involvement in Bha Bha Ba

The film, directed by debutant Dhananjay Shankar, brings Mohanlal and Dileep back together after 2011's China Town

Earlier, we reported that there is buzz about a cameo from Mohanlal in the Dileep-starrer Bha Bha Ba. In a recent media interaction, Dileep confirmed that Mohanlal is part of the project and said that it will be a "crazy" film. The film, directed by debutant Dhananjay Shankar, brings Mohanlal and Dileep back together after 2011's China Town. The cast also includes Vineeth Sreenivasan, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Balu Varghese, Saranya Ponvannan, Sidharth Bharathan, Baiju Santhosh, Ashokan, and Maniyanpilla Raju.

It marks the Malayalam acting debuts of Redin Kingsley and Sandy. Debutant Noorin Shereef wrote the screenplay alongside Madhuram fame Fahim Safar.

Produced by Gokulam Gopalan of Sree Gokulam Movies, the film's technical team includes cinematographer Armo, composer Shaan Rahman, and editor Ranjan Abraham.

Dileep also has Prince and Family, his 150th film with debut director Binto Stephen, in the pipeline. On the other hand, Mohanlal's upcoming projects include L2: Empuraan with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Hridayapoorvam with Sathyan Anthikad, Thudarum with Tharun Moorthy, and a yet-to-be-titled film with Jithu Madhavan. Mohanlal also has a cameo role in the Vishnu Manchu-starrer Telugu film Kannappa and the multilingual film Vrushabha.
