The makers of the Sreenath Bhasi-starrer Karakkam dropped the first single from the film titled 'Yakshiye Chiri'. The track, penned by Muhsin Parari, is composed and sung by Sam CS. It is directed by Subhash Lalitha Subrahmanian, who previously made the 2023 film Charles Enterprises.
Billed as a musical horror comedy, Karakkam is jointly scripted by Subhash, Nipin Narayanan, and Arjun Narayanan, based on a story by Dhanush Varghese. The film also features Femina George, Shaun Romy, Sidharth Bharathan, and Jean Paul Lal, among others. On the technical front, it has cinematography by Bablu Aju and editing by Nidhin Raj Arol. Karakkam is produced by Kimberly Trinidade and Ankush Singh under the banners of Krown Stars Entertainment and Black Turtle Productions.
Sreenath Bhasi, who was last seen in Pongala, also has Udumbanchola Vision, co-starring Mathew Thomas, and G1 as part of his upcoming lineup.
