Actor-producer Dulquer Salmaan celebrated his wedding anniversary on Monday with a heartfelt social media post dedicated to his wife, architect Amal Sufiya. The post was accompanied by a carousel of photographs featuring the couple across different moments from their life together.
Reflecting on their journey, Dulquer looked back to the day they got married 14 years ago, describing themselves as “two different individuals from two different homes” who were nervous, hopeful, and excited about the future ahead. He went on to note how, over the years, they have built a life and a home together, one that now includes what he described as their “biggest blessing”.
The actor also spoke about how they continue to pursue both their individual and shared dreams, balancing their professional ambitions with their life at home. Ending the note on a warm, playful note, Dulquer expressed gratitude and pride in being Amal’s partner, adding that the world would agree she is “always the better half”. He signed off the post with a simple message wishing her a happy 14th anniversary and declaring his love. Dulquer and Amal were married in 2011 and have a daughter together.
Dulquer was last seen in the Tamil period drama Kaantha. He has a busy slate ahead, with the Malayalam film I'm Game and two Telugu projects, Aakasamlo Oka Tara and DQ41, the latter featuring him opposite Pooja Hegde.
