Saiju Kurup's Bharathanatyam will be streaming on ManoramaMAX from September 27, announced the makers on Monday. The film, which marked Saiju's foray into production, is directed by debutant Krishnadas Murali, who has also penned the script. It was released theatrically on August 30.

Bharathanatyam also stars Saikumar, Swathi Das Prabhu, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Nandu Poduval, Divya M Nair, Kalaranjini, and Sruthy Suresh in key roles. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Bablu Aju, music director Samuel Aby and editor Shadeeque VB. It is backed by Lini Mariam David under the banner of Thomas Thiruvalla Films in association with Anupama B Nambiar for the lead actor's home production Saiju Kurup Entertainments.

An excerpt from the CE review of the film reads, "While Bharathanatyam does not break new ground in terms of its story, its treatment is enjoyable, with identifiable characters and a neat running time of just two hours that hardly overstays its welcome. The film also thankfully consciously avoids delving into excessive melodrama, a pitfall for stories involving family secrets."
