Kalabhavan Shajohn's CID Ramachandran Retd SI will be streaming on ManoramaMAX from September 20, announced the makers on Thursday. The film, released theatrically on May 17, is directed by debutant Sanoop Sathyan. The investigative thriller also stars Anumol Baiju Santhosh, Sudheer Karamana, Indrans, VK Baij and Prem Kumar, among others.

CID Ramachandran Retd SI is jointly scripted by Sanoop and Aneesh V Sivadas. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Joe Christo Xavier and editor Lijo Paul. It has music by Anu and background score by Anto Francis. CID Ramachandran Retd SI is produced by AD 1877 Pictures and Sense Launch Entertainment.

Shajohn was last seen in the Disney+ Hotstar series Nagendran's Honeymoons. Up next, the actor has Petta Rap, headlined by Prabhu Deva, slated to hit theatres on September 27. Written by Dinil PK, the upcoming film marks the Tamil directorial debut of SJ Sinu, who previously helmed Malayalam films like Theru (2023) and Djibouti (2021).
