After the release of Cicada, Theerna Films and Entertainment and director Sreejith Edavana are reuniting for a new film titled Nebula Dreams. The announcement was made at a post-release event of Cicada held recently in Kochi.

Scripted by Jerry James, Nebula Dreams is confirmed to be a fun-filled fantasy entertainer. The makers are currently finalising the cast and more details regarding the project are expected to be out later.

Sreejith Edavana began his career as a playback singer with the Kunchacko Boban-Biju Menon starrer Madhura Naranga (2015). He later debuted as a music director with the 2018 film Shikkari Shambhu, headlined by Kunchacko, before making his directorial debut with Cicada, in which he also composed the soundtrack.

Cicada, which released on August 9, starred Rajith CR, Gayathry Mayoora, and Jaise Jose.
