Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George's Apoorva Puthranmar gets a release window, motion poster out

The film is directed by Sree Jith and Rejith R L, who co-wrote the script with Siva Anchal and Sajith

Earlier, we reported that actor-writer duo Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George are headlining a new film titled Apoorva Puthranmar. On Sunday, the makers announced that the film will be released in December, though an exact date is yet to be specified. Along with the announcement, a motion poster featuring the lead actors was also unveiled. It is directed by Sree Jith and Rejith R L, who co-wrote the script with Siva Anchal and Sajith.

Touted as a comedy entertainer, Apoorva Puthranmar features Payal Radhakrishna and Ammayra Goswami in the lead female roles, with a supporting cast that includes Lalu Alex, Ashokan, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Nishanth Sagar, Alencier Ley Lopez, Balaji Sharma, Sajin Cherukayil and Pauly Valsan. The film’s technical team includes cinematographer Shento V Anto, editor Shabeer Sayed, and music directors Rejimon and Aavesham-fame Malayali Monkeys. It is produced by Arathi Krishna under the banner of Yvaine Entertainments, with Sasidharan Nambiassan, Suas Movies, and Namith R serving as executive producers.

Vishnu and Bibin are best known for their collaborations on films like Amar Akbar Anthony (2015), Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan (2016), Oru Yamandan Premakadha (2019), and Vedikkettu (2023). While Vishnu’s most recent appearance was in Thaanara, Bibin’s last on-screen role was in Gumasthan.
