The long-delayed film Prathimukham, starring Sidhartha Siva and Rajeev Pillai in the lead roles, is set for a direct-to-digital release. The film marks the directorial debut of Sidhartha's brother Vishnu Vardhan, who also wrote the screenplay. It was shot in Thiruvalla, with cinematography jointly handled by Sidhartha, Vishnu, and Rarish G.

Accompanied by the tagline, 'Manifestation of Ecstasy', Prathimukham features Marathi actor Tanvi Kishore in the lead female role. The cast also includes Sudheesh, Mohan Ayroor, Basheer Bashi, Kannada actor Sundeep Malani, Puthillam Bhasi, KPAC Manoj, Lali Mattakkal, Anil K M, Johny Ayroor, Chandran Sarathi, Biju Thiruvalla, Kathika Vijayakumar, Nasrin, Shabna Das, Aayilya, Maya Suresh, and Anitha Anand. The film's editing is by Bony T Varghese, with music composed by Tony Joseph and a background score by Vinu Thomas. It is produced by KM Varghese, Lukose K Chacko, AK Usman, and Mohan.

Sidhartha was last seen in the SonyLIV web series Jai Mahendran, starring Saiju Kurup in the lead. Rajeev last appeared in the Tamil film Petta Rap, headlined by Prabhu Deva.
