Arjun Ashokan and Anagha Narayanan's Anpodu Kanmani gets postponed

Earlier, we reported that Arjun Ashokan and Anagha Narayanan's Anpodu Kanmani was set to hit theatres on November 8. However, in the latest update, the makers announced on social media that the film will not be released on the scheduled date, without specifying a new date. "There’s a slight change in the release date, but trust us - it’s worth the wait. Stay tuned right here for all the latest updates," read the caption. The film is directed by Liju Thomaz and scripted by Aneesh Koduvally.

Billed as a light-hearted romantic comedy, Anpodu Kanmani also stars Mridul Nair, Althaf Salim, Maala Parvathi, Navas Vallikkunnu, Unni Raja, and Johny Antony. The key technical crew members include cinematographer Sarin Raveendran, editor Sunil S Pillai, and composer Samuel Aby. It is produced by Vipin Pavithran under the banner of Kreative Fish.

Arjun will next be seen in Anand Sreebala, the directorial debut of veteran filmmaker Vinayan’s son Vishnu Vinay, slated for release on November 15.

Anagha, best known for her debut role in Senna Hegde's Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam (2021), was last seen in Raastha.
