On Thursday, the makers of Vaazha - Biopic of a Billion Boys announced that the first look of the film will be revealed by actors Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph on May 31 at 5 pm. It is directed by Gauthamante Radham-fame Anand Menen and scripted by Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey-fame Vipin Das. Prithviraj and Basil played the leading roles, as Anand and Vinu respectively, in Vipin's recently released directorial Guruvayoorambala Nadayil.

In a recent conversation with CE, Vipin has opened up about Vaazha stating, "I would call it a male version of JJJJH. Though it has comedy, it's a slightly emotional film focusing on men's issues— something that's rarely discussed. I'm sure it will invite a lot of discussions, forcing us to rethink our existing ideas of family and career."

Vaazha's lead cast comprises social media talents like Saafboi, Amith Mohan Rajeswari, Anuraj OB, Anu, and Joemon Jyothir. Some other familiar names in the cast include Basil Joseph, Romancham-fame Siju Sunny, Azees Nedumangada, Kottayam Nazeer and Noby Marcose. Vipin banner WBTS Productions is producing the film in association with Imagin Cinemas, headed by Harris Desom, PB Anish and Adarsh Narayan. More details about the plot and crew are awaited.
