The makers of Sureshanteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hrudayahariyaya Pranayakadha have dropped a full video of its 'Premalola' song the other day. Writer-director Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval's film brings together the popular characters Sureshan (Rajesh Madhavan) and Sumalatha (Chithra Nair) from 2022's Nna Thaan Case Kodu, also starring Kunchacko Boban and Gayathrie in pivotal roles. Premalola is a playfully romantic track sung by Sushin Shyam from Vyshakh Sugunan and with music by Dawn Vincent. It cuts back and forth between the past and present versions of its lead characters, offering a glimpse into its disparate worlds.

The film has a cameo by Kunchacko Boban, as well as stars Sudheesh Kozhikode, Jinu Joseph, and Sharanya Ramachandran. It has cinematography by Sabin Uralikandy, editing by Akash Thomas, stunts by Mafia Sasi, makeup by Libin Mohanan,
costumes by Sujith Sudhakaran, and art direction by Jithu Sebastian and Midhun Chalissery. Produced by Emmanuel Joseph and Ajith Thalappilly, the film is set to release on May 16 this year.
