Pani makers share new stills featuring Joju and Abhinaya

The film marks Joju's directorial debut

The makers of Joju George's directorial debut Pani have shared new stills featuring him and Abhinaya, who seems to be playing his wife's role. While Joju's character in the film is named Giri, Abhinaya plays Gouri.

The latter, who is hearing and speech impaired, is best known for her roles in Tamil films like Nadodigal, Easan, Kuttram 23 and Mark Antony. She has also acted in Malayalam films like Isaac Newton S/O Philipose, 1 By Two and The Reporter.

Pani is billed as an action-packed revenge thriller. The film stars former Bigg Boss stars Sagar, Junais, playback singer Abhaya Hiranmayi, Prashanth Alexander, Sujith Shankar and a bunch of newcomers. On the technical front, it has music by Vishnu Vijay and Sam CS, and cinematography by Venu and Jinto George.

Pani is produced by M Riyaz Adam and Sijo Vadakkan under the banner of Joju's own production company Appu Pathu Pappu Productions, AD Studios, and Sree Gokulam Movies.
