The makers of Dhyan Sreenivasan's Partners, directed by Naveen John, announced that the film will hit the screens on July 5. Earlier, the film was scheduled to release on June 28. Alongside the announcement, a new poster was also unveiled.

Partners is jointly penned by Hariprasad, Prasanth K V and Naveen. The film stars Pichaikkaran-fame Satna Titus as the female lead, making her debut in Malayalam. It also features Kalabhavan Shajohn, Prashanth Alexander, Sanju Sivram, Rony David Raj, Srikant Murali, Devaki Rajendran, Hareesh Peradi and Aneesh Gopal in prominent roles.

Partners is billed as a thriller based on true events that happened at a Kasaragod-Karnataka border village in 1989. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Faisal Ali, editor Sunil S Pillai and music director Prakash Alex. It is produced by Dinesh Kollappally under the banner of Kollappally Films.
