Dhyan Sreenivasan's Swargathile Katturumbu gets a release date

The film features Gayathri Ashok as the female lead

Dhyan Sreenivasan's long-delayed film Swargathile Katturumbu is all set to hit the screen on June 21. Earlier, the film was slated to release in May. It is directed by Jespal Shanmughan, who previously helmed films like ATM (2012) and Mithram (2014).

Swargathile Katturumbu features Gayathri Ashok as the female lead. The film, which wrapped up last year, also stars Joy Mathew, Gowri Nanda, Ambika Mohan, Appani Sarath, Srikant Murali, Maheshwari Amma, Saju Navodaya, Nirmal Palazhi, Rajesh Paravur, Manohari Joy and Ullas Pandalam in prominent roles.

Viju Ramachandran wrote the screenplay and dialogues based on the story penned by Sivankuttan Vadayampady. Billed as a comedy entertainer, Swargathile Katturumbu is produced by S Vijayakumar and KN Sivankuttan under the banner of Myna Creations. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Ashwaghosan, editor Kapil Krishna and music composer Bijibal.

Meanwhile, Dhyan's upcoming lineup includes Ideem Minnalum, Kudumbasreeyum Kunjadum, Bha Bha Bha, Bad Boyz, and Nissam Basheer's next.
