After Hridayam and Varshangalkku Shesham, Vineeth Sreenivasan is set to team up with producer Visakh Subramaniam for his next directorial. Visakh's Merryland Cinemas will be producing the film, which is still in the initial stages. It is scripted by Noble Babu Thomas, who earlier co-wrote and starred in Helen. Though the makers are yet to reveal anything regarding the actors and the genre, it is said that Vineeth is attempting an action film this time. On the technical front, music director Shaan Rahman and cinematographer Jomon T John have so far been confirmed.

Vineeth's last directorial Varshangalkku Shesham hit screens in April this year. Headlined by Dhyan Sreenivasan and Pranav Mohanlal, Varshangalkku Shesham explored the journey of two friends who dreamt of making it big in cinema. Though the film had a direct clash with Fahadh Faasil's Aavesham and Unni Mukundan's Jai Ganesh, it emerged as a commercial success, registering over Rs 50 crore at the box office. The film recently started streaming on Sony LIV.
