The makers of Little Hearts, starring Shane Nigam and Mahima Nambiar in the lead roles, released a song video titled 'Simple'. Composed by Kailas Menon, the song has been sung by Aravind Dileep Nair and Shabareesh Varma, who has also co-written the lyrics along with B K Harinarayanan. The film hit the screens on June 7.

Directed by Aby Treesa Paul and Anto Jose Pereira, who both debuted with the Arjun Ashokan-starrer Member Rameshan 9am Ward (2022), Little Hearts is produced by Sandra Thomas and Wilson Thomas under the banner of Sandra Thomas Productions.

The film is scripted by Rajesh Pinnadan, based on the director duo's story. It also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Jaffer Idukki, Ramya Suvi, Renji Panicker, Maala Parvathy, Parvathy Babu, Aima Rosmy, and John Kaippallil in prominent roles. Little Hearts has cinematography by Luke Jose and editing by Noufal Abdullah.
