The makers of Little Hearts, starring Shane Nigam and Mahima Nambiar in the lead roles, released a promotional song titled Aanne on Sunday. Composed by Kailas Menon, with lines jointly penned by Dabzee and Athul Narukara, the song has been sung by Sruthy Sivadas along with the lyricists. The music video is directed by Manu Hassan and shot by Bharath Sagar.

Directed by Aby Treesa Paul and Anto Jose Pereira, who both debuted with the Arjun Ashokan-starrer Member Rameshan 9am Ward (2022), Little Hearts is produced by Sandra Thomas and Wilson Thomas under the banner of Sandra Thomas Productions.

The film, scripted by Rajesh Pinnadan based on the director duo's story, also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Jaffer Idukki, Ramya Suvi, Renji Panicker, Maala Parvathy, Parvathy Babu, Aima Rosmy, and John Kaippallil in prominent roles. The film has cinematography by Luke Jose and editing by Noufal Abdullah.
