Earlier, we had reported that Vaazha - Biopic of a Billion Boys will hit the theatres on August 2. On Sunday, the makers announced that they have postponed the release date to August 15. They also unveiled a new poster featuring the lead cast alongside the actors who presumably play their respective fathers in the film. It is directed by Anand Menen, who previously helmed Gauthamante Radham, and scripted by Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey-fame Vipin Das.

Vaazha features Romancham-fame Siju Sunny, Amith Mohan Rajeswari, Anuraj OB, Joemon Jyothir, Anu and Saafboi in the lead roles. The film also stars Basil Joseph, Azees Nedumangad, Kottayam Nazeer, Arunsol, Noby Marcose and Jibin Gopinath, among others. Its technical crew comprises cinematographer Aravind Puthussery and editor Kannan Mohan.

Vaazha is produced by Vipin's banner WBTS Productions in collaboration with ICON Studios and Imagin Cinemas, led by Harris Desom, PB Anish and Adarsh Narayan.
