The makers of Paalum Pazhavum, headlined by Meera Jasmine, released the lyric video of the song titled Kandu Njan. Composed by Sachin Balu, with lyrics penned by Suhail Koya, the romantic number has been sung by Mubas. The upcoming film, directed by VK Prakash and written by Ashish Rajani Unnikrishnan, features Queen-fame Aswin Jose paired with Meera.

Paalum Pazhavum also stars Shanthi Krishna, Ashokan, Maniyanpilla Raju, Nisha Sarang, Mithun Ramesh, Sumesh Chandran, Adil Ibrahim, Rachana Narayanankutty, Shinu Shyamalan, Thushara, Shameer Khan, Franco Francis, Vineeth Ramachandran, Ranjith Manambarakkat, Sandhya Rajendran, Atul Ram Kumar, Pranav Yesudas, RJ Sooraj, and Babu Sebastian. Last seen as the titular protagonist in M Padmakumar's Queen Elizabeth (2023), Meera is set to appear in the upcoming Tamil film The Test, which also stars Nayanthara, R Madhavan, and Siddharth in lead roles.
