Althaf Salim and Anarkali Marikar's Mandakini will start streaming on manoramaMAX from July 12, announced the makers. The film, written and directed by debutant Vinod Leela, was released theatrically on May 24. It features the lead actors as a newly married couple.

Mandakini also stars Lal Jose, Jude Anthany Joseph, Ajai Vasudev, Jeo Baby, Ganapathi, Saritha Kukku, Jaffer Idukki, Ashwathy Sreekanth, and Vineeth Thattil in prominent roles. Produced by Sanju Unnithan, the film has cinematography by Shiju M Bhaskar, editing by Sheril, and music by Bibin Ashok.

Meanwhile, Althaf is busy making his sophomore directorial Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira, starring Fahadh Faasil and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead roles. He made his directorial debut with the Nivin Pauly-starrer Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela.

Anarkali was last seen in Gaganachari, directed by Arun Chandu, alongside Gokul Suresh and Aju Varghese. The dystopian science-fiction mockumentary,released on June 21, opened to positive reviews from critics and general audiences.
