The trailer of Disney+ Hotstar's upcoming series Nagendran’s Honeymoons is out. Written and directed by Nithin Renji Panicker, the show is a comedy about Nagendran, a loafer who goes around marrying several women under fake identities.

While Suraj Venjaramoodu plays Nagendran, the five prominent female characters, who belong to different age groups, religions and economic backgrounds, are played by Kani Kusruti, Shweta Menon, Grace Antony, Niranjana Anoop, and Alphy Panjikaran. Ramesh Pisharody, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Janardanan, and Prasanth Alexander are also seen in the trailer.

Nagendran’s Honeymoons is the maiden web series attempt by Nithin Renji Panicker, who earlier made Kasaba with Mammootty and Kaaval with Suresh Gopi. Besides scripting and directing, he is also producing the upcoming show. It has cinematography by Nikhil S Praveen, editing by Mansoor Muthutty, and music by Ranjin Raj.

Nagendran’s Honeymoons is Disney+ Hotstar's fourth Malayalam web series after The Kerala Crime Files, Master Peace and Perilloor Premier League. Set to start streaming from July 19, the show will also be available in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi.

Suraj's next feature release will be Adios Amigo, in which he plays the lead alongside Asif Ali. The film directed by debutant Nahas Nazar is slated to hit screens on August 15.
