The makers of Big Ben released the video for the song Paathiravu Pakalayi. Composed by Kailas Menon and with lyrics penned by Harinarayanan BK, the song has been sung by Aravind Murali and Aruna Mary George. Based on a true incident, the film is written and directed by Bino Augustine. It stars Anu Mohan and Aditi Ravi in the lead roles. They have previously appeared as a couple in the Mohanlal-starrer 12th Man (2022).

Set in London, Big Ben features Aditi as a Malayali nurse, while Anu Mohan plays her husband. The film, released on June 28, also stars Vinay Forrt, Vijay Babu, Chandhunadh, Biju Sopanam, Nisha Sarangh, Shebin Benson, and Miya George in prominent roles. It has cinematography by Sajad Kaakku, editing by Rino Jacob, and a background score by Anil Johnson.

Big Ben is produced by Prajay Kamat, Eldo Thomas, and Siby Aranjany under the banner of Braintree Productions.
