Thundu trailer: Biju Menon's film promises a fun tale on how a cop turns to cheating

The trailer of Biju Menon's new film Thundu dropped on Thursday. Directed by Riyas Shereef, it has Biju Menon as a police constable named Baby. In the trailer, we see him attempting a police inter-department exam to rise up the ranks. Desperate to succeed, he is seen resorting to using cheat-sheets (thundu in Malayalam), akin to his schoolgoing son. Actors Shine Tom Chacko, Unnimaya Prasad, Gokulan, Raffi, Shaju Sreedhar, Johny Antony and Vineeth Thattil are also seen in the trailer.

Thundu, slated for release on February 16, is produced jointly by Aashiq Usman and cinematographer Jimshi Khalid. It is co-written by director Riyas and Kannappan based on the former's story. Jimishi Khalid cranks the camera while Nabu Usman serves as the editor. Vishnu Vijay is handling the film's music department.

Biju Menon also has Maradona director Vishnu Narayan's Nadanna SambhavamMeppadiyan-fame Vishnu Mohan's romantic film Kadha Innuvare and Jis Joy's Thalavan with Asif Ali coming up.
