The makers of Sookshmadarshini have dropped the video of the song titled Priya Lokame. The track, composed by Christo Xavier and penned by Vinayak Sasikumar, is sung by Sooraj Santhosh. The film, starring Basil Joseph and Nazriya in the lead roles, was released theatrically on November 22 to rave reviews from both critics and audiences. It is directed by MC Jithin, who made his directorial debut with the 2018 film Nonsense.

Sookshmadarshini, jointly scripted by Libin TB and Athul Ramachandran, also stars Sidharth Bharathan, Deepak Parambol, Kottayam Ramesh, Manohari Joy, Premalu-fame Akhila Bhargavan, Aavesham actor Pooja Mohanraj, Merin Philip, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, and Nandan Unni. The film's technical team includes cinematographer Sharan Velayudhan and editor Chaman Chakko. It is produced by Sameer Thahir, Shyju Khalid, and AV Anoop under the banners of Happy Hours Entertainments and AVA Productions.
