Zakariya-starrer Communist Pacha Adhava Appa confirms release date

The film is directed by Shamim Moideen and scripted by Ashif Kakkodi

Communist Pacha Adhava Appa, which marks the debut of filmmaker Zakariya as a lead actor, has been confirmed to hit screens on January 3. It is directed by Shamim Moideen and scripted by Ashif Kakkodi. The latter had earlier collaborated with Zakariya as a co-writer in Halal Love Story (2020) and Momo In Dubai (2023) . He also penned the Manju Warrier-starrer Ayisha (2023), produced by Zakariya.

Communist Pacha Adhava Appa also stars Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Nazlin, Ranji Kankol, Parakkal Balan, RJ Anuroop, Althaf Salim, Sarasa Balussery, and Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey-fame Kudassanad Kanam. It has cinematography by Shafi Koroth, music by Sreehari K Nair and edits by late Nishad Yusuf.

Zakariya, well known for helming the acclaimed 2018-film Sudani From Nigeria and Halal Love Story, had earlier acted in a brief role in the Aashiq Abu directorial Virus (2019).
