The makers of Hello Mummy, starring Sharaf U Dheen and Aishwarya Lekshmi in the lead roles, have released the video of the single titled Neeyo. Composed by Jakes Bejoy, the romantic track has Malayalam lyrics by Suhail Koya and English lyrics by Reyan, who also sang the song. Directed by debutant Vaishakh Elans, the film was released theatrically on November 21 to mixed reviews. Its screenplay is penned by Sanjo Joseph, noted for writing the 2023 Basil Joseph-starrer Falimy.

Sunny Hinduja, renowned for his performances in Hindi web series such as Aspirants, The Family Man, and The Railway Men, made his Malayalam debut with Hello Mummy. The film also starred Aju Varghese, Jagadish, Johny Antony, Bindhu Panicker, Adhri Joe, Sruthy Suresh, Ganga Meera and Joemon Jyothir. Its technical team includes cinematographer Praveen Kumar and editor Chaman Chakko.

Hello Mummy is produced by Jomin Mathew, Aibin Thomas, and Rahul ES under the banners of Hangover Films and A&HS Productions, with Sajin Ali, Nisar Babu, and Dipen Patel serving as co-producers. An excerpt from the CE review of the film reads, "With tighter editing and a more focused script, Hello Mummy could have been a somewhat fun 90-minute entertainer. Instead, it drags on, with redundant sequences, especially with the scenes involving Aju Varghese, and an overblown climax that sacrifices coherence for spectacle."
