Dileep's Bha Bha Ba has completed the shoot of its first schedule, announced the makers on Sunday through social media. Touted as a mass entertainer, the upcoming film marks the directorial debut of Dhananjay Shankar. It also features Vineeth Sreenivasan and Dhyan Sreenivasan in key roles.

The cast of Bha Bha Ba also includes Balu Varghese, Saranya Ponvannan, Sidharth Bharathan, Baiju Santhosh, Ashokan, and Maniyanpilla Raju. Additionally, the film will introduce Tamil actors Redin Kingsley and Sandy to the Malayalam film industry. The script is jointly penned by actors Fahim Safar and Noorin Shereef, with this project marking Noorin's debut as a writer. Fahim previously co-wrote the screenplay for the Joju George-starrer Madhuram (2021). Bha Bha Ba's technical crew includes cinematographer Armo, editor Ranjan Abraham, and composer Shaan Rahman. The film is produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies.

Meanwhile, Dileep's upcoming projects include his 150th film, an untitled family entertainer directed by debutant Binto Stephen and produced by Listin Stephen under the Magic Frames banner.
