The trailer for the Tovino Thomas-starrer Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM) was unveiled by the makers on Sunday. Set to release this Onam in September, the upcoming 3D action-adventure is directed by debutant Jithin Laal.

The trailer opens with a voiceover about a meteorite that struck the village of Haripuram centuries ago. Going forward, we are introduced to the formidable warrior in Kunji Kelu, the notorious burglar Maniyan, and the titular character Ajayan, who struggles with the burden of his grandfather’s infamous reputation. All three characters, connected by lineage, are portrayed by Tovino. We also catch glimpses of the love interests of each, played by Aishwarya Rajesh, Surabhi Lakshmi and Kriti Shetty, respectively. The film promises to be an action-packed extravaganza interwoven across three distinct timelines.

The script of ARM is penned by Sujith Nambiar, with additional screenplay from Deepu Pradeep. The film also stars Rohini, Basil Joseph, Jagadish, and Harish Uthaman in key roles. Its technical team includes cinematographer Jomon T John, music director Dhibu Ninan Thomas and editor Shameer Muhammed. Presented by UGM Productions in association with Magic Frames, ARM is slated for a simultaneous release in both 3D and 2D formats, across Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages.
