The makers of Biju Menon-Methil Devika starrer Kadha Innuvare had recently confirmed the film as an Onam release. They have now announced September 20 as the release date. The film is written and directed by Vishnu Mohan, who won the National Award for the Best Debut Film of a Director for Meppadiyan (2022).

Kadha Innuvare is billed as a feel-good entertainer about romantic relationships. In an earlier conversation with us, Vishnu said the film would be "relatable to everyone who has ever had a love story."

Methil Devika, a renowned classical dancer, is making her acting debut with this film. The makers announced the release date with a new poster, which introduces the other prominent cast members. It includes Nikhila Vimal, Anu Mohan, Anusree, Hakkim Shahjahan, and Siddique. Actors like Renji Panicker, Kottayam Ramesh, Krishna Prasad, Appunni Sasi, Kishore Satya and Jordi Poonjar are also part of it.

Kadha Innuvare has its cinematographer Jomon T John and editor Shameer Muhammed also part of the production. Director Vishnu and Krishnamoorthy are the other producers, while Harris Desom and P B Anish are credited as the co-producers.
