The teaser for the upcoming Mammootty-starrer Bazooka was released on Thursday. The video starts with Gautham Vasudev Menon eating popcorn inside a car while watching what looks like a gang fight unfold. We're then introduced to Mammooty's character, who seems to be full of charm and style, which is amplified by Midhun Mukundan's beats. There is also a fourth wall-breaking moment at the end of the teaser about Mammootty's versatility.

Described as a game thriller, Bazooka marks the directorial debut of Deeno Dennis, popular screenwriter Kaloor Dennis' son. Deeno also serves as the writer of the film, whose production got wrapped up in March this year.

The film also stars Gautham Vasudev Menon in an important role. It marks the first acting collaboration between Mammootty and Gautham. The cast also includes Sidharth Bharthan, Babu Antony, Hakim Shahjahan, Bhama Arun, Divya Pillai, and Big B-fame Sumith Naval, among others.

Bazooka is produced by Vikram Mehra and Siddharth Anand Kumar for Saregama India Limited's banner Yoodlee Films, alongside Dolwin Kuriakose and Jinu V Abraham under the banner of Theatre of Dreams.

On the technical front, it has cinematography by Nimish Ravi, music by Midhun Mukundan, and editing by Nishad Yusuf. 

The film hits screens later this year.
