The makers of Oru Kattil Oru Muri released a promo song titled 'Rukmangadhavidhi' on Sunday. The film is directed by Shanavas K Bavakutty, who has previously made Kismat and Thottappan. 

Oru Kattil Oru Muri stars Hakeem Sha, Priyamvada Krishnan and Poornima Indrajith in the lead roles. Composed by Varkey and lyrics penned by Fejo, the promo song has been sung by Varkey, Narayani Gopan, Shahil Shanavas and Anju Peter.

Veteran Raghunath Paleri is making a return to screenwriting with this film. Widely regarded as one of the most esteemed scriptwriters of the 1980s and early 1990s, Paleri has penned numerous notable films including My Dear Kuttichathan, Ponmuttayidunna Tharavu, Piravi, Meleparambil Aanveedu, and Vanaprastham. His last screenplay was for the Jayaram and Urvashi-starrer Madhuchandralekha.

Billed as an urban rom-com with some thrilling elements, Oru Kattil Oru Muri also stars Vijayaraghavan, Shammy Thilakan, Janardhanan, Ganapathi, Jaffer Idukki, Azees Nedumangad, Manohari Joy and Unniraj in prominent roles. Its technical crew includes editor Manoj and cinematographer Eldhose George. The film is backed by Saptha Tharang Creations Pvt Ltd in association with Vikramadithyan Films.
