On Wednesday, the makers of the upcoming Malayalam film Little Miss Rawther, starring Gouri Kishan in the lead role, unveiled the film's trailer. Directed by debutant filmmaker Vishnu Dev, the film is written by Shersha Sherief, who also plays the male lead in the film. The film will hit the theatres on October 6.

The trailer features a feel-good- romance that promises an amble amount of heart and laughs. Gauri portrays Naina Rawther, a shorter woman proposed to by Ebhi, a taller man played by Shersha Sherief. As the trailer progresses, we witness Naina's initial hesitancy slowly melting away as the two get to know each other better in different situations. And it also showcases turbulence in the romance. Although the trailer follows the typical rom-com formula, it has the potential to break away from the usual tropes.

Here is the trailer

The film is produced by Srujan Yarabolu and co-produced by Suthin Sugathan under the banner of S Originals, which has distributed films like Arjun Reddy and Mahanati.

The film's music is composed by Govind Vasantha, who is collaborating with Gouri for the second time after 96. Anwar Ali and Titto P Thankachan are writing the lyrics for Govind Vasantha's music.

Sangeeth Prathap is the editor, and Luke Jose handles the cinematography.
