We had earlier reported about actors Fahim Safar and Noorin Shereef turning script writers for a film produced by Sree Gokulam Films. Debutant Dhananjay Shankar, who had assisted in Jacobinte Swargarajyam, Pulimurugan, Love Action Drama and Hridayam, will be directing the film. The latest we hear is that it will be headlined by Pranav Mohanlal. Though an official confirmation is yet to be out, a photo of Pranav with Dhananjay, Fahim and Noorin has further fuelled the speculations.

During the project's announcement, Fahim mentioned that they have been working on the script for the last two years. While it marks Noorin's debut as a writer, Fahim had earlier co-written the screenplay of Madhuram with Ashiq Aimar.

Pranav, who has been on a break since Hridayam, is also part of Vineeth Sreenivasan's Varshangalkku Shesham. The film also stars Nivin Pauly, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Kalyani Priyadarshan, and Basil Joseph among others.
