Suresh Gopi starts shooting for Garudan

Debutant Arun Varma is directing the film

As reported earlier, Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon are teaming up for a thriller titled Garudan. Debutant Arun Varma, a former assistant to Major Ravi, is directing the film. Suresh Gopi started shooting for the film on Monday. Biju Menon is expected to join the team by the end of May. The two actors were last seen together in Christian Brothers.

Garudan, scripted by Midhun Manuel Thomas based on Jinesh M's story, is centered around a legal battle. The film also stars Abhirami, Thalaivasal Vijay, Jagadish, Dileesh Pothan, Major Ravi, Nishant Sagar, Ranjini and Malavika. It has Ajay David Kachappilly as the cinematographer, Sreejith Sarang as the editor, and Jakes Bejoy handling the music. Listin Stephen is producing the film under the banner of Magic Frames.

Suresh Gopi also has Pravin Narayanan's JSK and Jayaraj's Oru Perumgaliyattam coming up.
