Shaji Kailas' son Jagan is set to make his directorial debut with a Siju Wilson-starrer. The film, backed by MPM Group and St Maria Productions, will go on floors in June. On Thursday, the makers shared a casting look for female actors between the age group of 24-26.

Earlier, Jagan had announced another film with Asif Ali as the lead. Celebrated novelist Jeyamohan was supposed to script the film with Shaji Kailas attached to it as the producer. However, the current status of the project remains unknown.

Siju Wilson was last seen shooting for Panjavalsara Padhathi, which is directed by PG Premlal and scripted by Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum-fame Sajeev Pazhoor. The actor is also set to reunite with director Vinayan for a new film. The duo had earlier collaborated for the period epic, Pathonpatham Noottandu.
